Perfect location, close to both the beach and the shops. Stylish interior.

Gregory's house was beautiful. Everything is so welcoming that you feel at ease and at home almost immediately. The sofa is very comfortable and the spacious kitchen has absolutely everything you need. A lovely 🎁 welcomed us, and there was coffee and sweets. The house is beautifully decorated and the bedrooms are lovely. The children's room with the bunk beds is a real playground for kids. There are even books in German. Very thoughtful. The toys have been chosen with a lot of care. Our children had everything they needed — you don't have to bring a thing. There were painting and craft supplies too. The bathroom is bright and pretty, and there is even bath toys. Everything was spotless. The house is very close to the sea, and although it is so close, it sits in a small, quieter side street. From there you are quickly wherever you need to be. She was reachable at any time! Thank you.

The four of us had a wonderful time in this fantastic holiday home and we had everything we needed. The equipment for children and babies in particular was a dream! It was our baby's first holiday, so we could really enjoy it :-) Everything was very modern and spotlessly clean. We felt completely at ease. Only the steep staircase can be a little risky for children or older guests. Otherwise the hosts were always available and super friendly. Highly recommended!

A pleasant house with genuinely every comfort. From the washing machine to the toys and the coffee, everything is there and stylishly put together. The location is a stone's throw from the beach and the shops. Communication was lightning fast. A small heads-up about the steep, low staircases would have been welcome.

We had a wonderful stay! The whole house is at your disposal, very clean, easy to reach and tastefully furnished. A special mention for the amenities on hand, particularly well suited and very practical for children. The owner's instructions were very clear too.

What a gem! We had a wonderful weekend in Ostend. Gregory offers a spacious place with every comfort (and then some!). You can see and feel how much love went into it, which makes you feel at home right away. It is very close to the beach and the town centre, and yet it is a quiet spot. Definitely recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Kust Geluk! A beautiful house with every amenity, well and centrally located with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Exceptionally well equipped for families with children: from a potty to a changing mat, from a baby bath to a high chair and countless toys. Communication was very smooth and Gregory was friendly throughout!

We had a wonderful stay in Gregory and Lieselot's beautiful house. The place is fantastic and has everything you could think of. You are at the beach within a few minutes and the town centre is very close too. Definitely recommended for anyone spending a few days in Ostend.

A tastefully furnished and decorated place. Children are welcome here. Everything is well thought through and the house was immaculate. The staircase is a little steep, so take care. The beach is close by, as are shops and restaurants. Walkable from the station. We recommend it without hesitation.

Perfectly located, extremely cosy house in lovely Ostend. It is beautifully furnished, surprisingly spacious and truly everything has been thought of. A paradise for our children aged 3 and 5 as well, with the slide and cupboards full of good toys and games. A kitchen with everything you need, all very tidy. Even a laundry room, beach towels, a wagon, a kite, a first aid kit, beach toys … you feel at home and at ease straight away. A top house!

We spent a very special time at the Kust Geluk holiday home. It is an incredibly cosy, lovingly furnished place where you feel welcome and at home immediately. Everything is so well thought through, especially for families with children; our two girls loved it and kept wanting to come back 'home'. In every detail you feel the warmth and care Gregory and Lieselot have put into this house. Thank you so much for this wonderful place; we felt completely at ease.

We had a cosy, carefree stay in the house with our two-year-old son. It is nicely furnished with a great eye for detail, and there are amenities not only for indoors but also for heading to the beach with little ones. I would highly recommend it to parents with children!

We had a wonderful week with the children. Everything is nearby: restaurants, shops, playgrounds, the beach… The only small snag is parking; you have to park a 15 to 20 minute walk from the house. But we will be back, that is certain. Thank you for everything. A French family ☺️

I spent a lovely weekend at Kust Geluk with a group of friends. So nicely furnished, comfortable and everything at hand in terms of kitchen equipment and towels — they even thought of matching shopping bags. Recommended!

Everything was very close by too: the beach, the shops… Communication with the host was very smooth. They did everything to make it a great holiday. Highly recommended, 10/10!

We had a wonderful stay at Kust Geluk! The interior is really beautiful, very cosy and big enough for our family. A few small things: the staircase is very steep and can be tricky for older people, there is not that much natural light, the top floor gets quite warm in summer and the area can be noisy (although we stayed during the Paulusfeesten, which are great fun by the way). The upside of the location: genuinely in the centre of Ostend, so all the restaurants and shops are close by. Thank you for the stay, Gregory, we will probably be back!

We had a wonderful time at Kust Geluk! Lovely to be within walking distance of the sea. Truly everything was provided! Beautiful, spacious bedrooms, a cosy living area, a lovely bathroom… Wow! Hats off to the cosy, tasteful decor. An ideal spot to go with little ones too. Our daughter was a huge fan of the bunk bed with the slide and of the toys. Highly recommended! We would happily come back.

A fantastic stay, finished down to the last detail. Everything had been thought of, including the little ones. We were there with two children under two and it was a luxury to have so much provided for them. Toys, a baby bath, a high chair, a cot, a wagon… everything! Very nicely furnished, spacious, great location close to the beach. Recommended!

What a wonderful holiday home. Furnished with an eye for detail, beautiful colours all perfectly matched, and everything is there for a pleasant stay. Games, toys, beach toys, beach towels, bath towels, nice sweets. The friendly hosts Gregory and Lieselot are always reachable, which comes in handy at times. Good places to eat nearby and less than 5 minutes from the beach. We recommend this house wholeheartedly.

We had a great weekend with the girls. The place was welcoming, clean and well equipped; we will probably book it again for our next weekend in Ostend :) Grégory was very responsive about everything and did not hesitate to get in touch during our stay to check that all was well. We did not immediately work out the door system and he helped us remotely. Thank you for this little jewel in the heart of Ostend!

A very modern place furnished with attention to detail (everything is even colour-coordinated). Very clean! We were delighted. Plenty of toys for our son on site (he loved the slide in the children's room). Even sand toys, a beach wagon and armbands were available. A sweet little terrace. The three of us felt at home from the first minute. A two-minute walk to the beach! If we have to mention something negative: it gets warmer floor by floor, and above 30 degrees the bedroom really heats up. The dimensions of the staircase take some getting used to ;) But that is complaining at a very high level :) The hosts were available immediately. We will definitely be back.

A wonderful stay with 4 children and their 2 grandmothers! Everything in this delightful house is set up for a great time with children! There are lots of lovely toys, a wagon for the beach, books and so on. All the amenities are functional and practical and the beds are very comfortable! We would happily go back.

Grégory and Lieselot's house is very pleasant to live in, especially if you have children! The hosts' attentiveness, the eye for detail (absolutely no equipment is missing) and the comfort make for a very pleasant stay. Our two daughters loved the children's room! Literally a 2-minute walk from the beach, in a quiet lane, the location lets you enjoy all the charms of Ostend without having to think about logistics. We would happily return, all the more so because the hosts were very responsive (replies within minutes to every message), which does a great deal for the sense of calm and wellbeing! Thank you!

We spent a week of our Easter holiday in Lieselot and Gregory's house. It is full of small details and lovingly furnished. When we arrived, we felt at home right away. The sea and the beach are just moments away. We enjoyed our time very much and would come back at any time.

A very cosy and well equipped place. The rooms are spacious; our three children easily found room to play. Ideally located for exploring Ostend on foot, even with young children. The house was very clean and Lieselot and Gregory left plenty of tips. We are already looking forward to coming back!
